2010 Wedding Planner Head Shot Program

Starting January 25 and running through February 28, 2010 Cory Tomlinson, owner and photographer at Tomlinson Photography, will be offering a no cost professional portrait service to owners and operators of wedding planning businesses in Calgary and surrounding area/s.

Hello Calgary wedding planners my name is Cory Tomlinson and I’m the sole owner and photographer of Tomlinson Photography: A Calgary based wedding and portrait photography service provider. Tomlinson Photography has been in business since mid 2009 and is seeking to grow it’s wedding client base and establish trusting  client and vendor relationships in 2010 and beyond.

Our Wedding Planner Head Shot Program is being introduced this year as a means to showcase our abilities while providing a promotional service to small business owners in the Calgary wedding industry.

How it works is simple. I will photograph you at no charge in a portrait studio environment setup. Big lights, big camera, Blue Steel, the whole nine yards. The photographs taken will be head shots and/or head and shoulders portraits suitable for use in promoting your business in print and online in 2010.

You will be provided with a CD selection of non-watermarked digital files in varying sizes along with a one year limited use license allowing promotional business usage. Your website, blog, Facebook page, Twitter page, press releases, e-newsletters, etc. would all be acceptable usage. The only stipulation being that our copyright notice (Copyright © 2010 Tomlinson Photography) accompany the image wherever it is used (when used online a link back to our website whenever possible would be appreciated but is not required).

Creative + usage fees for a commercial portrait of this nature would normally cost you or your business hundreds of dollars.

To accept, simply contact me either via email or phone using the information below to set up an appointment. After your portraits have been taken I would ask that you spend a few minutes with me as I show you what Tomlinson Photography has to offer brides and grooms getting married in 2010. There will also be some studio sample products, images available for viewing, and a promotional package for you that includes my 2010 wedding price guide and some sample prints.
